More specifically, it is strictly prohibited to sell, trade, exchange, lend, or redeem Rocks™ for any other purposes or usages.

That’s why Rocks™ cannot be transferred to any third party crypto wallet.

Do I lose my Rocks™ if I change phone?

If you change phone, you just need to download the WhatRocks mobile app on your new device and to sign in to your WhatRocks account: you will find your available balance of Rocks™ as well as your transaction history.

Do I lose my Rocks if I delete my WhatRocks account?

If you elect to delete your WhatRocks account, your available balance of Rocks™ as well as your transaction history will be permanently lost.

How does WhatRocks use my personal data?

When you sign up with WhatRocks, you are registering with WhatRocks Foundation, the non-profit organization that governs WhatRocks. In other words, your personal data is in a sanctuary and may not be used for any other purpose than reward you financially and immediately with Rocks™ when used.

For example, your location data may be used to give you Rocks™ when visiting participating restaurants and stores.

Your personal data are processed by WhatRocks Inc., the technical and operational service provider of WhatRocks Foundation that powers the WhatRocks service in the name and on behalf of WhatRocks Foundation.
